We do not share subscriber information with any third party companies. Information here is used by your Central Station with which you have through your Electronic Security System Installer/Service Provider. We use the information for the sole purpose of responding to any Alarms (Burglary, Fire, Hold UP) that are transmitted to us by your Electronic Security System. It may also be used to contact specified (by you) individuals when an Alarm or other relative event occurs. When these individuals are contacted only information relative to the event will be provided. You are responsible for knowing who is on contacted when Electronic Security System events occur. Emergency Response Services whether they be Municipal or Private Service Providers will only be given information necessary to respond to event. Example: If your Electronic Security System sends us a Fire Alarm (Fire Alarm Service and devices required) we will usually contact your local Fire Department or Emergency (911) Service and notify them of the event and location as needed to respond to the Fire.
